    IMPORTANT CHANGE OF USE INFORMATION! 

    IronOaks will be holding a very important Change of Use vote for pickleball beginning July 25th and ending on August 15th!  

    Passage of this vote will provide for construction of eight (8) pickleball courts in the Racquet facility, as well as a state of the art sound abatement wall, and additional parking.

    We need every pickleball player to VOTE YES on Resolution R-18-004 as well as encouraging all of your neighbors to VOTE YES!

    Upcoming Timeline

    What is the timeline on the change of use vote?

    1. IronOaksAZ.com – When homeowners log in to the website, they will notice “Change of Use R18-004 (Parking & Pickleball) in the center of the page. By clicking “Read More”, a homeowner can access the revised resolution, the timeline, and all current plans, pricing, and information (as it is available).

    2. Voting Instruction Postcards – The Board has approved of the voting timeline; postcards will be mailed July 23rd. A copy of the information will be posted to the website to coordinate.

    3. Voting will open July 25th, and it will close August 14th at 4:00pm. In-person voting will be available in the Oakwood Ballroom from 9:00am to 9:30am on Wednesday, August 15th, 2018

    4. Homeowners can vote:

      • Online via ironoaks.ivotehoa.com. To vote online, you will need the email you used when first registering to vote. If you forgot your password, fill in the email information and click “Can’t remember your password?” An email reset will be emailed to you. If you have questions or problems voting online, please contact Elections@SLHOA3.com

      • By paper ballot, which may be picked up at the Oakwood Concierge desk beginning July 25th.

      • By requesting a ballot be faxed or mailed to you via the Concierge, at 480.317.3600.

    5. An informational brochure will be mailed to each homeowner on July 23rd, and will also be available online. This informational mailer will provide a project overview, as well as pricing for each homeowner to consider prior to voting.

    There will be small group informational meetings and one Town Hall meeting. You will be able to pre-register to speak at the Town Hall as well as present and/or provide information to the attendees. You may obtain information on registering to speak and present information at the Oakwood Concierge desk.

    Again, this vote is crucial to the future of pickleball at IronOaks. Please attend information meetings for current FACTS and not rumors.  Mark your calendars and be ready to vote starting July 25th.
